Delivery Policy

We make every effort to ship all goods as soon as possible after your order has been processed. We hold a large amount of stock but some low volume items are ordered in on receipt of order. This process is usually quick and normally results in next day shipping to our customers.

We endeavour to ship within 3 days as a worst case so your order could potentially take up to 6 days to be received, if this cannot be achieved we will contact you and offer a suitable resolution. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through unavoidable shipping delays.

We ship to most of the UK at Standard Rates Excluding Scottish highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands, these more remote addresses incur extra shipping costs but can be arranged on request but you will need to allow for 5-7 days as the specific couriers who will deliver need extra time. We typically use DPD, Parcelforce or Evri for shipping services, all deliveries are trackable. We may part ship your order based on stock availability. This will be at zero cost to the customer. Please note we do not ship outside the UK.
